This role focuses on providing general production support within the Milk Powder facility.
Purpose of the Position
The primary purpose of the General Worker role is to perform basic production and housekeeping tasks in support of the Production team at Clover’s Heilbron Milk Powder plant. The position plays a vital role in ensuring that products are handled correctly, workspaces remain clean, and production targets are met in line with company standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to perform a variety of general tasks, including:
- Completing basic duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Handling and moving products safely within the production area
- Shrink-wrapping products where required
- Sorting and managing damaged products
- Loading and off-loading materials
- Maintaining high housekeeping and cleanliness standards
- Complying with all Health and Safety regulations
- Assisting the Production team with ad-hoc tasks as required by management
These responsibilities require attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this General Worker opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Experience in Powder Milk production will be advantageous but is not compulsory
- Ability to communicate in Business English
