The SAB Packaging Skills Learnership is a structured learning programme that leads to a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging (NQF Level 3).

Learners are placed on a one-year fixed-term contract, combining practical workplace exposure with theoretical training. This approach ensures learners gain real-world skills while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.

This learnership is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and aligned with SAQA-approved unit standards, ensuring quality, credibility, and workplace relevance.


Duties and Responsibilities

During the SAB Packaging Skill Learnership, learners will:
