Bidvest Unitary Installer Learnership Overview
The Bidvest Unitary Installer Learnership is a 12-month professional programme aligned to the QCTO Occupational Qualification 103269 (NQF Level 2). It combines classroom-based learning, practical skills development, and supervised workplace experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Participants in the Bidvest Unitary Installer Learnership will receive training and exposure in the following areas:

Requirements for the Bidvest Unitary Installer Learnership
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (compulsory)
or an NQF Level 4, 5, or 6 qualification - Aged between 18 and 34 years
- Good physical health suitable for technical site-based work
- Medically fit, including Working at Heights
- Willingness to work in plant rooms, rooftops, and construction environments
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
