Duties and Responsibilities
Applicants appointed to the TB HIV Data Capturer Opportunity will be responsible for:
- Conducting community mapping to identify HIV and TB hotspots
- Mobilising high-risk populations with guidance from nursing staff
- Identifying and engaging community-based organisations and youth structures
- Conducting pre-screening to identify individuals at high risk of HIV
- Linking clients to appropriate care and support services
- Providing treatment literacy, including PrEP education
- Offering one-on-one counselling and group counselling sessions
- Facilitating health talks to promote adherence and disclosure support

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the TB HIV Data Capturer Opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 or NCV qualification
- Between 20 and 35 years of age
- Accredited 10-day HIV counselling certificate
- Certified to conduct finger-prick testing
- At least 1 year related experience or training
- Ability to communicate in English and isiXhosa
