About the Unilever Supply Chain Learnership Programme
The Unilever’s Supply Chain Learnership Programme is a structured, full-time, onsite learnership based at the Indonsa Factory in Newlands, South Africa.
Learners are trained to operate automated packaging equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The programme combines hands-on production experience with structured learning and assessments.
Participants are appointed on a 12-month learnership contract and receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
