The programme runs over a 12-month period and leads to an occupational qualification requiring a minimum of 120 credits.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Learners may be required to perform the following duties:
In-Store Execution and Merchandising
- Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets
- Implement visual merchandising standards and in-store displays
- Ensure correct stock rotation and product availability
- Monitor product quality and brand visibility
- Complete execution scorecards and iRED surveys
Customer and Sales Support
- Support customers with order placement using the MyCCBA platform
- Assist with promotional activities and brand campaigns
- Provide relief support as required by the line manager

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- Grade 12 communication with English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Employment Equity candidate
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Not enrolled in any learnership or full-time studies
- No criminal or adverse credit record
- Willing to undergo background and qualification verification
- Available to work six days a week
- Driver’s Licence is advantageous
A post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
