Daily Cleaning Duties
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, and boardrooms
- Cleaning kitchens and refreshment areas daily
- Emptying bins on a daily basis
- Maintaining male and female toilets in a clean and hygienic condition
Kitchen and Refreshment Support
- Preparing tea and coffee for staff and visitors
- Keeping refreshment areas stocked with clean crockery and cutlery
- Ensuring sufficient supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk
- Placing orders for consumables when stock runs low
- Maintaining a constant supply of hot water in the urn
- De-scaling the urn regularly
General Maintenance and Support
- Conducting deep cleaning at least twice a month
- Maintaining cleaning equipment in good working condition
- Reporting faulty or damaged equipment
- Securing all cleaning materials and equipment
- Running external errands when required
